Ned C. Kneadler is an owner, along with Chris Lagerblade and Dave Bourland, at CNN Mortgage. Ned originally started his career in Mortgage lending as a new loan officer at Waterfield Financial in 1974, originating FHA, VA, RHS, and Conventional mortgages. His success as an originator earned him many awards, including the position of Regional Manager over Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada. After three decades of helping families recognize the dream of homeownership, Ned’s is still just as involved in the daily operations at CNN Mortgage and getting loans closed as ever. He currently works out of the corporate office developing employees and building relationships with business partners. In 2002 Ned served as the President of the Arizona Mortgage Lender’s Association, where he instituted changes that increased the size of the membership base. Today, AMLA member firms include Brokers, Bankers, Depository institutions, and Vendors that support the housing finance industry.
