Eric moved to Flagstaff when he was 7 years old and has called this beautiful town his home ever since. Eric’s passion is providing his clients with excellent care that they deserve by providing an unforgettable home-buying experience. Eric is very knowledgeable in all types of loans including purchase money, Conventional & VA, FHA, USDA, state specific Down Payment Assistance programs, and Refinances. He assists a wide array of clientele including first-time homebuyers, business owners, and veterans, throughout Arizona. What excites Eric the most is helping his clients’ dreams of homeownership come true. When he is not working, he is with his wife Krystle and two kids Wyatt and London. As a family, the Dedmon’s enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the winter and golfing and spending as much time as they can at Lake Powell in the summer. One of Eric’s favorite hobbies is coaching his son’s baseball team for Continental Little League and football for the Jacks. Eric also enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering and helping those in need.
