Mr. Whalen has over 19 years of Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Business Development experience. His background brings the experience needed to position CNN Mortgage for growth and expansion in the Lending Industry. A University of Portland (Portland, OR) graduate and former Division IA baseball player, Mr. Whalen brings a drive and competitiveness that makes this team an Industry Leader. As Vice President and Regional Manager, he brings a tenacious spirit and determination combined with a customer centric attitude that allows him to develop a trust with borrowers and clients that inevitably grows into long lasting relationships.

Justin is responsible for The Taradash Team offices located in Scottsdale, AZ and Temecula, CA. His team consists of Loan Officer’s licensed in Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, and Texas.
